KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA:
Wow !!! this is very fast; the fastest internet connection I have used in months, so I'm obviously very happy to be in Malaysia. We arrived in Kuala Lumpur after an over night train that caused Olivia some new white hairs. We made the silly mistake of trusting the Indonesia train company (I don't even trust the CFF) and we almost missed our plane out here. Thankfully Air Asia was also late, so we made it. It was one of the safest flights ever, do you know why? The rest of the passengers were all wearing head scarves. Malaysia airport is huge, nice and modern. The police is great too, they kept an envelope with a stabilo boss, squeaky, mosquito repellent device from Montse and Xavi for us. We are now in China Town and are impressed by the fake things they sell here. Today were guaranteed that the product was a "100% original copy", not bad. This city is incredibly cosmopolitain, we are surrounded by Malay, Chinese, Indians and Westerners all dressed, speaking and behaving differently. And it all works fine. Olivia has gone beserk and bought 3 pairs of shoes, 2 bags, 1 watch etc. We now have to find out how to send them back home.
Better go and check the Gazzetta dello Sport website, before Olivia comes and drags me out the internet cafe. Ciao ...

The worst deserts I have ever had in my life.
(Broad beans, durian - a fruit that smells like pooh, green beans, black jelly, garlic cubes, ice shavings).
